RTO SALES PTY LTD (ABN 12 628 913 897) will disclose confidential information to you in respect of your enquiry.

I agree to be bound by the following:

The information disclosed to you is RTO SALES PTY LTD “property” and accordingly the information disclosed to you shall be kept strictly confidential by you and shall not be used or provided to any third party without our written consent, except to your professional advisers such as solicitor or accountant.

I acknowledge that disclosing this confidential information constitutes an offence. The Interested Party agrees to keep confidential the Confidential Information and any notes or copies made there from and use same for the sole purpose of assessing the viability, financial details and business affairs of the Property or Business with the intention of possibly acquiring it. Where disclosure is to be made by the Interested Party, the Interested Party shall make that the person aware of these terms and will not disclose the Confidential Information until that person has accepted and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

The Interested Party acknowledges that they have no proprietary or legal interest or ownership at law in the Confidential Information and that the Confidential Information shall at all times remain the sole property RTO SALES PTY LTD and returned within 7 days upon request. Should for any reason the Interested Party not proceed with any offer to purchase the Property/ Business, the Interested Party shall immediately return RTO SALES PTY LTD the Confidential Information, any notes and copies made there from, and any other tangible information held by the Interested Party relating to the Property or Business.

The Interested Party will thereafter maintain the confidentiality of such Confidential Information and not use or rely on that Confidential Information for any further purpose whatsoever. The Interested Party shall take all reasonable steps to protect the Confidential Information at all times and to prevent any unauthorised acquisition or use and shall indemnify and keep indemnified RTO SALES PTY LTD (and its salespersons and employees) and the vendor of the Business against any and all claims, loss or damage suffered by RTO SALES PTY LTD, the vendor, the Property or the Business, directly or indirectly arising from or connected with any failure of the Interested Party (its employees, agents, directors, advisers, associated and subsidiary companies) to meet any obligation under this Agreement or any failure to observe any obligation of confidence relating to the Confidential Information.
